Reflexology

A Reiki treatment combines the utilization of the universal life energy with the warmth, reassurance and healing power of human touch.  Reiki means universal life force. 

It is a specific energy that helps our own healing systems to work to their full potential.  Clearing any negative blockages it brings the whole self into a state of harmony and balance.

Indian head massage

This works specifically on the area surrounding the head, including scalp, face, neck and shoulders.

It involves working with a firm and gentle rhythm to help relieve the uncomfortable build-up of tension.

It promotes relaxation and relieves stress, and can help with eye strain, headaches, stiffness, sleep, circulation and hair loss.

Indian head massage: 40 minutes - £35
